SIM Suddenly Locked

hello! This morning my mom turned her phone on and got a “your visible SIM card is now locked” notification and now cannot use any data/connection or connect to WiFi. How do we resolve this? Thanks!

complete copy from old to new device

Got new device activated, and used visible app to get some files copied (contacts), but not all, from moto g stylus 2021 to moto g 5g, using pSIM. How do I move apps and their data to complete transfer?
