Been waiting 2 weeks and just want to cancel my order!

I placed my order for e-SIM 2 weeks ago because the site said it could be activated in as little as 15 minutes. I contacted support after a few hours and was told to wait 72 hours. I've contacted chat 3 times since and they always say "keep waiting"....

I just started service with Visible, and have a temporary number. How do i port an existing phone number and cancel temp number

How long does the $15 promotion last? Does it apply to only one line?
