Port in request from T-Mobile unacceptable time

I requested port in request from T Mobile on 3/18. I was told 4-24 hrs. Then on contacting after 24 hrs, they increased to 48 hrs. Now they have escalated two times but port in is not completed by visible. at one point I was told by visible chat agen...

Transfer has NOT happened after more than 26 hours.....

I received confirmation of the transfer and it could take up to 24 hours. It has been more than 26 hours and is NOT working. I have done everything on the troubleshooting lists provided and still not working. I am NOT happy!

Bring my own phone

I have a phone on the Total by Verizon network and when I input my IMEI number on to check compatibility on the Visible site and it states that the phone is not compatible. This is obviously incorrect, my phone is now unlocked and on the same network...

Visible website down?

I was in the middle of trying to find out how to get my phone that didn't get delivered when I was disconnected and received a server error. I haven't been able to connect for the last hour, is this a known problem?
