Unable to access the website \ app

Ever since the IT outage a few days ago I have been unable to access Visibles website and or the app. My bill is due in a few days and I don't have auto pay turned on. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Logging in

Can’t log in, changed password, won’t recognize change and can’t pay bill, won’t let me pay as guest either
