On Friday morning i was on a call and my line just hung up and now when i try to make a call i get a message saying " were sorry the number your dialing has call restrictions that are preventing this call from completion announcement 803" it doesn't matter what number i call. it also plays the same message when someone calls me.
The weirdest thing is i have full data and i can send text messages i just cant receive text messages.
customer service said they were expediting the issue to a different department and that department emailed me saying it would be 3-5 days which i cannot wait.
Has anyone else had this happen lately i read a couple post from like a year ago or longer but everything they said fixed theirs i have done and its not worked !
