been trying for 2 days . switching from verizon to visible. i have enter verizon account, out pinn etc. under transfer process i'm at "proceed to activation" i fill in payment method ( tried debit and 2 CC ) i click activate and it states problem with payment or can't accept payment at this time. my verizon next payment is 22nd .. have tried CHAT but end up in circle with same "manage payment" - doesn't cover payment NOT accepted ....

went on Facebook - Visible .. posted problem ... within 1 min had reply to switch to private chat. they solved the problem within 7 min ... am now on Visible ...

just now tried to activate and now it states " unfortunately, we're unable to process your order " .. what does that mean ? do i start over ?
