cant complete setup Error message

I followed instructions.

I got the transfer pin put in my old carriers account number.

It opened my account, and began transfer.

It asked me to use QR code which I tried, but I get an error

message" Incompatible mobile plan found" " We detected a Visible mobile plan, but it can't be added

because your phone's locked to a different service provider".

I also removed the unused sime from the previous provider as instructed.

I dont know how to contact a real customer service rep.

If your phone is locked to another carrier you won't be able to sign up with Visible until it is unlocked. 

 

If you haven't been able to get a hold of a live agent open the chat box select something else and when you get a text box type agent.
