Well that was fun.. TWICE. Logged into visible account waiting in chat queue for a person. Counted down from 20+ to 12 then kicked me from queue. Waiting is inactivity? There's no place to push buttons or chitter
Yes same with me. Yet, I've tried many many times, each time it's kicked me off. Trying to get into my account to pay my bill for three days now - cannot Login to my account. Judging from this Community Forum, it appears to be a common problem.
