I have a Iphone 13 . I was having problems locating the QR code to scan and it expired before I found it. Now the message is "eSIM cannot be added. Contact your carrier for more info."
I my phone is also in SOS mode. I cannot send or recieve text or calls.
Who do I contact ATT?
If so what do I ask for?
