eSIM download limit

I have had trouble with my eSIM activating and troubleshot by phone multiple times, now the app says that I have reached my eSIM download limit and my request cannot be processed. I cannot go through my settings and reset my eSIMs because that option is now gone and I am not sure why. I cannot send or receive messages but my WiFi is working.
