Hello all, I have been on Visible 1 day and it worked fine yesterday. I lost service about 4 hours ago and when I open Visible app I get a "there's been an issue" It looks like we can't install your SIM card right now.
I was on chat for an hour an no luck? I never uninstalled my ESIM so I am not sure what happened and why I can not be found now. The chat rep stated you can only reinstall the ESIM via the app, that is great when the app works, but the Visible app states it can't install the ESIM and will not let me past that screen...a wicked circle to say the least. Is there anyway work around to reinstall the ESIM if that is in fact is the problem. When I turn off and on airplane mode, my phone does search for service but does not connect to service.

I was in a similar situation... eSIM download NOT possible, "Specialist Team" couldn't solve the issue (+5 days without service), so a new pSIM was sent instead.
I really hope you can redownload your eSIM.

Mine died. They had to upload a new one to my account. I was without phone service for a day and a half.
