I would like to cancel my 15 day free trial but I can't find out how to do it.

Just delete the eSIM and that should cancel the service.

Got to your Visible account. Under profile at the bottom of page is a "Cancel my service" button

when I sign into my account using the app on my phone, all I ever get is trying to set me up with a free trial. I don't seem to be able to get to my profile. Anyway, I no longer see the esim on my iphone. I didn't delete it but it's not there anymore.
