help needed not receiving messages from android users

Hi, I have an e sim and running on on a iPhone se 2022.  I don't get texts from android users.  How to fix?  Care had no idea.  Can anyone help?

No guarantees but I have an iPhone 11 and have no problems with android messages, so checked my settings.

Sorry, I did mine 2 years ago when I came to Visible and cannot remember how I did it.  I’ve been trying to make my iPhone notify me when I get a text, but it seems it’s very stubborn

issue resolved it took going to teer two but it appears fixed now.
