I ordered an iphone 13 mini with the $300 gift card promo back in nov
I never received it, fedex returned it back to visible. the tracking number clearly shows this.
I have not received a replacement from visible nor a refund. It has been over a month and I have contacted visible multiple times. How many months should a refund or replacement take?

Contact customer service and if they don't refund it then I would file a discrepancy with the credit card company. Show them the return tracking and such.

Call your Credit Card Customer Service department and explain the situation; I'm quite sure they'll do a back charge and refund your money, but do it ASAP, before the claim/time window closes.
