i need my account number and porting number

Log into your account at visible.com. You'll find your account number under your profile and can request a port out pin. If you have line lock enabled, you must first disable it to request a port out pin. It takes 30 minutes for line lock to be disabled.

"Line Lock is a security feature offered by Visible to protect users from unauthorized port-outs and SIM swaps. When enabled, Line Lock restricts porting a line of service to another carrier and making SIM changes. To port a number out of Visible, Line Lock must be toggled to the unlocked position."
