I’ve owned this phone 7 since buying it at a corporate Verizon store 5 years ago.I had been using Verizon’s plan, but 2 years ago I switched to Visible Basic. 2 years later and the phone is still locked to Visible. Tech chat sent me a new SIM assuring me that would unlock it. 2 years of Visible and it’s still locked to Visible carrier. Why???
