iPhone 8 plus IOS cannot be updated so the SIM won't port in

I'm a new member that has an iPhone 8 plus. When I received my SIM card, one of the steps for activating the account is updating your phone, which cannot be done with the iPhone 8 plus. I continued to get an error when trying to activate my account. Please let me know if I'm missing something. Thank you.

You don't say what type of error you are getting. This sounds like you need to be contacting Visible customer service since this is a peer to peer forum. Only suggestion I have is you need to be on Wi-Fi, if you can't download the Visible app on your phone you won't be able to activate the SIM. If you have the app then you should be able to follow the instructions for activating the SIM card.

 

Your best bet is to contact customer service for help.
