I just started with Visible last week and received a temporary phone number while the process of moving cell companies was taking place. Since then, a few of my contacts are no longer able to view my phone number when I contact them. Instead, they see the temporary number I was given while Visible was porting my phone. So they have two numbers for me rather than one. Any ideas on how to fix this? We have all restarted our phones.
I switched last week and have this same exact problem. My contacts only see my temp number, however I can get calls & texts on my old number. Does it have something to do with the fact that my phone has two eSIMs?
