reactivating service

I cancelled my service nearly a year and a half ago (went on a mission trip and no phones allowed), and would like to reactivate with my number. When trying to set up account, it wants to know which company I'm transferring my number from, and Visible is not an option. Thoughts? I can't proceed from this point.

Since you let your account lapse it is gone along with the number that you were using. Visible deletes accounts from the system after 60 days I think. In order to keep a number on any service it needs to remain active. You will need to sign up for a new account, you may be able to use the email you used last, it depends on of Visible cleared it from the system. If you can't use the old email you will have to use a different one.

 

You could try and get the number back if someone else hasn't already used it. Not sure how you would go about that.
