requiring a new phone number?

I have already established that my phone is compatible with plans. Coming from Canada, can I use my canadian phone number?

I highly doubt you could use that number since Visible uses the Verizon network(who also owns Visible). I would think the only way possible would be is if you were using an American carrier for you cell service with a number from here. Your area codes are different up there and if you move here you would likely need a phone number within the area code you are moving to, I think.
