If you use the visible LTE service, even as a hot spot. You can get in. There is an issue with home Wi-Fi, there is no pattern when it goes out, and they know about it. When I told the chat person on twitter, they immediately told me to turn off my home Wi-Fi. They know, but refuse to admit there is a problem.

I am thinking visible intentionally blocking people who have account issue so they won't complain or just let them go or don't bother with helping people with an issue.
