My husband just got on Visible. He isn't getting (doesn't even see the group) family group texts (just us in the house). He DOES get other group texts. ANyway, RCS chats is enabled, but while my phone says "connected" his says "not supported."
We did an online chat a couple days ago and got nowhere. VIsible person said it should work and suggested factory reset. He just got the phone a week before and set it all up.
