Open the Visible App. Tap on Account in the bottom left corner. Tap on Help (?) in the upper right corner.
Start a Live Chat. Where it says, "How can we help you," choose "Other."
Type "Voicemail Problems" in the message window.
The Bot will give you suggestions, choose Voicemail Problems.
The Bot will then take you through the steps to reset.
