Began the process yesterday to establish a Visible account. Selected both 35FOR6 promotion and Friend Referral. Unable to complete process, because I needed a "port-out" PIN from my current provider. Got that information today and returned to Visible to finish switch and the 35FOR6 promotion was no longer in my sign-up (noticed after check-out). The offer is still available, because I just completed switch with my spouse's phone. How do I get the 35FOR6 promotion added to my account?
