Let's ask Visible to change their auto payment policy to make it adjustable to those of us who need to change our due date.
From my research it looks like there are many many customers that would benefit by being able to change the due date for their auto payment.
Myself included.
Visible could have an option to change auto payment due date for, let's say a one time fee of $5. Also allowing only one change per 6 months or a year, in order to keep costs down.
Perhaps if enough of us request the change, maybe we can actually get them to put it through.
I'm going to try making an extra payment this month on the 5th on auto pay and see if this will change my auto pay date. If it works I will basically be one month ahead forever or until I leave Visible.
The only other option to change due date is to let service lapse for a few days and then reinstating service. This option may be risky...
