Didn’t get my SIM card in order

I ordered the iPhone 12 mini and it came and it’s great but I didn’t receive my SIM card. I ordered the physical sim which I see now was a big mistake. Been talking to the customer service on live chat all day. Nobody can help me. I am waiting for a email from someone and it’s been hours. All I’d like to do is get a SIM card sent to me in the mail or let me switch to eSIM but every time I try it doesn’t work. I either need a refund of the whole thing or a SIM card. Why is this so hard to get right?

Sorry your SIM didn't show up closer to your new phone's arrival, bud.  In my opinion, though, rapid customer service solutions aren't worth the $100/month others pay.  Considering the cash you save on unlimited data, Visible's 4-24hr fixes may grow on you once the sting wears off.

 

TL;DR- It's no fun but once your SIM gets there, enjoy that phone and the cash left in your pocket from choosing Visible!  Just thought I'd reply to say I've been there, too.
