Which carrier is it locked to? You need to contact the carrier you bought the phone from to get it unlocked. If it is locked to Visible you will need to use it with Visible for 60 continuous days for it to be unlocked. I think if you reset or get a new eSIM it might start the cycle over again. From what I read from other posts on Reddit they will not budge on their unlock policy.
