I'm an IT Support Supervisor for a medium sized retail company. I primarily supervise their internal Help Desk for our close to 150 stores located in malls around the country! I also manage the team that supports our DC and Home Office locations

Moved to Visible during Covid-19, mainly to save money not knowing the future of retail. Luckily we came out of it opening more locations instead of closing so doing fine but stayed because of great service and price!
