Lost 5G settings

  • I just received the email yesterday about the “upgraded” plan for those currently on the Party pay $25/month to the $30 plan with a $5 discount.  Promoted as “Faster, and Expanded” Network.  When I “Upgraded”, and received the new eSim, I checked on my Cellular settings, and can no longer choose 5G for voice, and Data, and ONLY Standard, rather than 5G for Data. Support told me it was Apples problem, not theirs!

Your device would have received a carrier bundle update with the new upgraded network. Now that you are on the new Verizon core some features may have changed. See Apple 5G explanation
