My order is still in Draft status - getting error ... - Visible Community

My order is still in Draft status - getting error message during checkout ?

Hi, I keep getting error message each time I Checkout. I did called my card company/bank twice and they said everything is fine on our end, but that Visible hasn't yet processed the payment. 

 

I did receive an email from Visible stating they have my card on file, but when I sign in It still have my items in the Checkout cart!?   

 

I have an order number but the status is Draft?

 

I placed my order on Saturday, do I have to wait till Monday for it to get processed?

 

Please help,
