New phone rebate

Beware of being cheated out of the new phone purchase rebate after number transfer. Visible wireless wanted a screenshot of my last month service which was impossible since that account was now closed at metro by T-Mobile to approve the virtual gift card I was supposed to get. For some strange reason the port over from Metro to visible 3 months earlier wasn't evidence of metro service so I got cheated out of $200.

A rep just told me Metro by T-Mobile counts as metroPCS, but it comes up a 'other' in the number port in thingy.

They say you get the rebate card with a port in. but told me to keep a screenshot of my number and account from the tmobile app to prove... something.
