New service SIMs

I ordered a new service on a Friday.  I ordered the pSIM option after reading it was next day delivery.  After the order was placed I found out delivery would not be until Monday.  Is there some way to get an eSIM so I do not need to wait?

The SIM won't work. iPhone SE requires new IOS to download Visible app.  Can't download and there is no eSIM option on this phone.  How do I return the SIM and cancel this service while I upgrade my phone and then return to create a new account (presumably with eSIM).  Meanwhile, I don't want to be charged for the service I have.  I would have thought that giving you my IMEI would have flagged a phone that wasn't compatible.  How do I take care of cancelling this account and returning the SIM?

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service.

You should not have been charged until the pSIM was activated, if you got it from Best Buy then you were likely charged and service won't begin until card is activated, at that point that day will become your billing due date and the monthly cycle will begin. There is no need to return the SIM card, from what I have read you have 30 days in which to activate the card, day 31 card becomes inactive or deactivated. There is no way to cancel an account, it will remain in the system for 60 days then it will be closed, you will likely not be able to use that email address in the future to open a new account.

Even though that phone can't download the app because it can't download a new enough iOS update what you can do is if you have another phone handy that can download the app, whether it is Android or iPhone, and has a pSIM slot you can activate the card in that phone and just move the card to you SE.
