Have you made a request for a physical sim to Visible Tech Support? I agree that's probably your best option.
2nd ED *** 72hrs update. eSIM download NOT possible, "Specialist Team" couldn't solve issue, so a new pSIM was sent instead. 🤐 ***

24hrs for me, and still waiting for an unsuccessful transfer of physical SIM to eSIM.
Same here! I worked on it for 2 days before they admitted that they weren't able to admit they couldn't get it to work! Specialist Team recommended a physical Sim Card (another day wait) wondering if this a common occurrence. I was so hopeful with this is exactly what I needed to lower my monthly expenses but they truly are off to rough start. 😞
Last Saturday I was able to create 3 new Visible accounts, Download and install 3 ESIMS and then port 3 mobile numbers over from Verizon. All on iPhone 13s. Total time for all 3 phones about 1 hour. ( 20 minutes each more or less). In North NJ, I'm about 1 mile from a cell tower. I did log onto my Verizon account BEFORE starting with Visible and made sure all 3 mobile numbers were 'unlocked' and that I had gotten and printed out a Verizon 'Transfer' phone number pin. Except for an issue with 'Show my Caller ID' option not working, all 3 phones seem to be working fine. Just sharing.

Have you tried doing a network reset?... To fix the caller ID.
There are other options it's not a visible thing... Google "show my caller ID on iPhone 13 fix"
