Same here! I worked on it for 2 days before they admitted that they weren't able to admit they couldn't get it to work! Specialist Team recommended a physical Sim Card (another day wait) wondering if this a common occurrence. I was so hopeful with this is exactly what I needed to lower my monthly expenses but they truly are off to rough start. 😞
Last Saturday I was able to create 3 new Visible accounts, Download and install 3 ESIMS and then port 3 mobile numbers over from Verizon. All on iPhone 13s. Total time for all 3 phones about 1 hour. ( 20 minutes each more or less). In North NJ, I'm about 1 mile from a cell tower. I did log onto my Verizon account BEFORE starting with Visible and made sure all 3 mobile numbers were 'unlocked' and that I had gotten and printed out a Verizon 'Transfer' phone number pin. Except for an issue with 'Show my Caller ID' option not working, all 3 phones seem to be working fine. Just sharing.
