I am bringing a phone from India - a samsung s20 fe 5g.. When I try the phone compatibility check i am getting an error saying "Please check out the Help Center or chat with Care for assistance."

How do I proceed?

You'll need to contact Visible Care via the app, web site, Twitter or Facebook Messenger. See:

However, it''s unlikely  a non-US phone variant will show as compatible.
