trouble activating service

I get to the verify email prompt and it says email sent. Haven't recieved any other than the welcome emails. Second attempt and the prompt goes away, still have recieved the verify email so I can't continue on to activate. I'm not a tech.

change my order status

i began service on the trade in plan. my phone value was $0, so i didn't send it in. i now need a new phone but can't buy one because it shows i have an order pending. how do i correct this?

International calls usage

Is there a way to check international minutes used from the free minutes allocated everything month? Every time I chat with customer support, they say they can’t access that information for me. It’s very frustrating
