I just switch an hour ago but still no service

Have Sim for new plan and afraid to switch

After reading the reviews of network upgrade, now afraid to switch. I have the new Sim and what happens if I don't activate it?

I have heard hopeless issues porting. but visible really seems to have dropped ball on this one. if porting goes well then no issues but if not then you are realy screwed up. it has been about 48 hrs no resolution and i will be charged for next month...

New Subscriber Activation Question

Bought an iPhone from Visible, selected Visible+ plan, and keeping my old number. I got the iPhone and SIM card today but there are no diretions on what to do now! Help

Locked out

Forgot email I used when opened account. Now I'm locked out and can't change billing options to continue my services. I'm restricted due to credit card info. Expired.
