Can't Log In with App or Online to Pay my Bill

Hi, I can't log in with the app or online website to pay my bill. I get an error msg with the app. I tried using the chat box for help, but didn't get a response. Any ideas? Please don't tell me to use autopay. I don't autopay anything. Cheers, Gmone...

Bad Tech support

Im on day 11 of no working phone!!! you get what you pay for on this service its terrible if you ever have a problem they are the worst in the industry. stay with a major carrier if you can these people dont know whey they are doing

Resolved! Payment not being acknowledged.

I paid my bill due July 3 on the 28th of this month and it shows on my debit as being deducted but the Visible app is not indicating that I have paid. Anyone else run into this problem? I've not seen Visible take two days to process a payment.
