Bad Tech support

Im on day 11 of no working phone!!! you get what you pay for on this service its terrible if you ever have a problem they are the worst in the industry. stay with a major carrier if you can these people dont know whey they are doing

Just a brief update post to tell everyone I'm officially on Visible! Just got my phone today and it's all activated and stuff. Can't wait to look into party pay and stuff like that.

Galaxy S21 Ultra

Im seeing some different answers on this forum from the moderators about the Galaxy S21 Ultra being compatible with Visible. I just checked the compatibility checker and the galaxy s21 ultra is not listed. Is this a mistake? Thanks

Feature Request - Add a link to the Visible Community in the app

It would be great if there was a way to access the Visible Community directly from the app. Such as adding a button down the bottom next to the Home, Shop and Account buttons.

Suggestion: Auto-remove old Party Pay threads

I imagine the Party Pay section would get filled with very populated parties very quickly, which would give people less opportunity to start new ones. I suggest adding an expiration date to Party Pay posts which would help solve this problem.
