Is a number port considered a “plan change?”

If someone uses a promo code (Switch25) to begin service at a discount with a newly issued number, will they lose the discount if they port in/transfer their old number at a later time? Essentially, is a number port considered a plan change?

Adding another phone to my plan

I just purchased the $25 plan and purchased a new phone as well. My wife wants to use Visible as well. Do I add another line to my plan or does she have to sign up for a plan for herself?

Not receiving security codes from my banking app
