I see that visible is selling this phone. I bought from outside much cheaper brand new one and when I entered the imei number it shows that they are working to add this phone. I do not understand why? Any idea?

I am planning to buy Moto G Stylus (2021)5G 256GB (Unlocked) Model:PAN00004US. Was wondering if it will work on visible. Does anyone use this phone on Visible?
