1st i would insert sim in another phone and test.If that still doesn't
work contact support wait 2hrs haha.Than hopefully you get the awesome
person i had today that was able to comprehend english etc.
I got mine fixed.It is something on the backend.The app update this am
should fix it with a new esim.Just use the right imei.Imei 1 hard
simImei 2 esimI used 2 and had errors.So they had to reset it and after
a few tries they put imei 1 in and it too...
Actually this is where you are wrong.I've had my caller id changed for
metro, straight talk & a few others. Including tmobile, verizon and att.
What is true is not all offer to do it although they can.
