Does your data work?Do you have a pSIM or eSIM? I don't know how to
check eSIM state. If you have a pSIM, check the state of SIM card/state
by going to Settings/About phone/SIM status.If it doesn't state "In
Service", you're going have contact CS to ...
You're probably in a very congested Visible/Verizon area. I'm in the NE
[close to their NJ server] and the Ookla speed tests ranges from 10 Mbps
to 50 Mbps depending on the time of the day.
Thank you for the suggestion. The phone used with the legacy account is
not compatible the new Visible plans. My new account has earned some
referral credits so I don't not want to lose the credits by cancelling
the new account. Thanks again,
