Just off chat with them. .They apparently are fixing things ..Was unable to receive text It now works .They had me restart phone and text Transact - to 6777 to confirm That's it.

Would very much appreciate an updated status on this issue. 

Not receiving text since 2/27 . Finally got on with chat today. He assured me it would be fixed now but it's not!
