I just purchased a Samsung S20 FE 5G but I can only get4G LTE. It won't connect to 5G. I've updated the phone software.

I have the new 5G card installed but have never been able to get 5G service. I am traveling through New Mexico, Colorado and Nebraska and have never seen 5G on the phone. Support is no help at all.
