Sorry you never got a reply! I guess the “management” just makes
announcements and outsources their chat agents. I am sorry I wish I
could fix it for you!
I still had unbelievable difficulty with activating eSIM! It took 6 days
of trying to use chat for help but I ended up speaking to 10+ agents and
each conversation got “disconnected” for random reasons including my IP
address getting blocked for 24 h...
Just to be clear, the speed test is head to head comparison aka
