We are elders who are having lots of issues. I can't get through to a live agent and am in tears because my husbands phone is saying "denied access" so can't do 2 way verification nor use his phone at all.

Did you just have to wait to get the new sim? Looks like you didn't get help here? Any suggests for a similar issue?
