Absolutely frustrating, I just cannot activate!

Hi, I have the same problem with the upgrade. I tried chat support, but it seems they don't listen to what you need. I spent about 2 hours and they were not able to understand what my issue was. I just don't know what to do at this point.

Yes I'm also experiencing a 502 error
