I've not been able to activate service due to the validation email not
coming thru to my email. Got ahold of a live agent, he checked the email
address and said they've been sending and to check my spam/junk folders.
I did so, nothing there. He re-se...
I get to the verify email prompt and it says email sent. Haven't
recieved any other than the welcome emails. Second attempt and the
prompt goes away, still have recieved the verify email so I can't
continue on to activate. I'm not a tech.
