Visible

I have a Galaxy S8 Plus that was previously on Verizon then moved to Straight Talk. Why is it not compatible with Visible?

I have an Samsung S8 Plus that has never been locked and is currently on Straight Talk, which is owned by Verizon and this phone was previously on Verizon, but Visible says the phone is not compatible. Why?
